Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Finishing Adjustments

If you decide not to move forward with finishing before work has begun, we are happy to return your unfinished needlepoint canvas. Please note that your initial deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance for finishing will not be charged.

If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Once finishing work has begun, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or returns of unfinished pieces. The start of work will be reflected in your order tracking.

Because each piece is finished by hand and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a finished piece has been completed and approved.

Before shipment, customers will be provided with detailed photos of their finished piece for review and approval. During this stage, we are happy to make reasonable, limited adjustments when possible. Adjustment requests must be minor in nature and do not include redesign, reconstruction, or material changes. While we want you to be delighted with your finished piece. we are not able to accommodate ongoing or repeated revision requests.

Once final approval is provided and the finished piece has been shipped, the order is considered complete and accepted.

Please note that every finished piece is one of a kind. Slight variations, small imperfections, and subtle handmade differences are a natural part of the finishing process and should be expected.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that this is a custom, handmade service and agree to these limitations.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a finishing service shall be limited to the amount paid for the finishing service associated with that item.
