Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for shipping their unfinished needlepoint piece to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items until they are physically received and confirmed at our studio.
All finished pieces are returned to customers using trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped so you can monitor delivery.
We take great care in packaging each finished piece to ensure safe transit. Shipping insurance may be included or offered depending on the order.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit is handled by the carrier. In the event of loss, damage, or delivery issues during shipping, we will assist in initiating a claim with the carrier or applicable insurance provider.
Our responsibility for shipping-related claims is limited to the amount recoverable through the carrier or applicable insurance coverage.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, delivery exceptions, or other events outside our control.
Claims Process:
Any claims related to shipping damage or loss must be reported within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and must include supporting documentation such as photos and packaging details.
