The actual cost for shipping your finished pillow back to you will be added to your final invoice.

Please note that you will need to mail your stitched needlepoint to us for this service and send us the tracking information once it is on the way.

Detailed shipping instructions, including where to send your needlepoint, will be emailed to you immediately after checkout.

Our current turn around time is 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your needlepoint canvas at our studio and it goes into production (after any design services are completed).

Once we receive your canvas, we will advise the expected finished date, based on any selected add-ons.
